






A few days ago, the first domestic automatic steelmaking technology of sub-gun and flue gas analysis independently developed by Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has been applied in a 200-ton converter for one month, and the double hit rate of end point carbon and temperature has reached more than 80%, marking the successful development of the automatic steelmaking technology. the technology has reached the international advanced level. In the future, with the maturity of technology, the hit rate is expected to increase to more than 90%.

Converter flue gas analysis and sub-lance system are the main ways to measure converter blowing composition. Flue gas analysis can real-time calculate the composition of molten steel in the furnace, but there is a lack of correction for the actual cost detection of molten steel. Although the sub-lance system can detect the actual composition of molten steel in the furnace, but the composition can not be tracked in real time, it can only be calculated statically. In order to realize the complementary advantages of the two, through continuous adjustment and optimization of model parameters and comparative analysis of data, Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., on the basis of the original automatic steelmaking system, according to the product quality requirements of different steel grades, independently developed the dynamic control technology for the joint application of flue gas analysis and sub-gun. (down to Seventh Edition) (connected to the first edition) according to the initial plan and blowing target, the blowing steps are specified by static model, and the chemical elements of molten pool are predicted by detecting the composition of flue gas. In the middle stage of blowing, the secondary system calculation and correction is realized by the sub-gun system, and the double hit rate of the end point is improved.
It is reported that the company will update the model parameters based on a large number of smelting experience data so as to further shorten the smelting cycle. On the basis of the successful application of this technology in low carbon steel, it will be used in smelting ultra-low carbon steel, automobile plate and other kinds of steel.
