Nickel ore inventories at Chinese ports fell 161,000 wmt to 7.1 million wmt

Nickel ore inventories across all Chinese ports decreased 161,000 wmt from February 26 to 7.1 million wmt as of March 5, showed SMM data.

SHANGHAI, Mar 5 (SMM) — Nickel ore inventories across all Chinese ports decreased 161,000 wmt from February 26 to 7.1 million wmt as of March 5, showed SMM data.

In Ni content, the stocks fell 1,300 mt to 56,000 mt.

SMM data also showed that nickel ore stocks across seven major Chinese ports decreased 51,000 wmt during the same period to 5.85 million wmt.
