






In 2020, the consumption of iron-bearing materials of Benxi Iron and Steel Group has reduced the total storage of iron-bearing materials by more than 300,000 tons on the basis of digesting all the new quantities. According to the budget price of the finance department of the group, it is conservatively estimated that the capital occupation can be reduced by 100 million yuan. The goal of tackling key problems in the stage has been achieved and remarkable results have been achieved.
In order to activate funds as soon as possible and minimize production costs, the manufacturing department of Benxi Iron and Steel Group has organized relevant departments and units to actively study and formulate a processing consumption plan for the recovery of iron-containing materials, and make every effort to promote its implementation. In order to effectively solve the problems existing in the utilization of iron resources, the manufacturing department organized a promotion meeting, and the relevant leaders of Benxi Iron and Steel Group put forward specific work requirements. It is emphasized that under the current market situation, all units should earnestly strengthen the management of the recovery of iron-containing materials, comprehensively and actively do a good job in the recovery of scrap iron and steel, and call on all staff and workers to make joint efforts to tackle key problems, so as to raise the iron consumption of Benxi Iron and Steel Group to a new level.
Since the development of this key problem, plate and Beiying metallurgical slag companies have made joint efforts to digest all the 500000 tons of steel slag left in history. In the steelmaking process of the plate plant, the consumption of hot metal pretreatment iron tuo is solved, and the digestion field stores 29000 tons in the whole year. The inventory of steelmaking slime in Beiying plant is 50, 000 tons. After increasing the consumption ratio of Beiying ironmaking plant, the current storage has been reduced to less than 15000 tons (reasonable production preservation). During the overhaul period of Liaoyang pellet Plant, the stock of historical relics and ring materials is 20,000 tons. The plant uses the newly added crusher to process more than 10,000 tons, which is consumed in the return steelmaking process. In addition, the plate and Beiying plant consumed a total of 1.828 million tons of small varieties of recycled materials, replacing high-priced imported ore, which greatly reduced the production cost. The new industrial company makes every effort to improve the processing capacity of dezincification rotary kiln and dust drying line, and processes 437000 tons of water supply dust, steelmaking dust and dust dust, which not only meets the batching demand of the sintering process and further reduces the production cost, but also effectively controls the harmful elements of the material and creates conditions for the long life and stable operation of the blast furnace.
In view of the high scrap price in the first half of the year, the Manufacturing Department organized the internal cooling material supply around the steelmaking process. Organize two metallurgical slag companies, sheet metal and Beiying, to replace scrap in the steelmaking process after recycling iron-containing materials such as iron tuo, which have been shelved for a long time. The slag iron and granular iron in the plate plant completed 194000 tons, exceeding the plan by 50, 000 tons. The pretreatment of iron tuo and iron powder reached 127000 tons, exceeding the plan by 18500 tons. Beiying plant reused scrap, return iron, granulated steel, pre-treated iron bar, desulphurization slag block, bulk scrap processing totaled 208500 tons, exceeding the plan by 18500 tons. Organize the iron and phosphorus ball production line of the new industrial company to increase the processing capacity and stabilize the operation state of the production equipment, and focus on solving the digestion problem of steelmaking restricted by frozen silos in spring. The plate steelmaking plant consumes more than 40,000 tons, which effectively reduces the production cost of the steelmaking process.
