Price CenterDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, Dec 18 (SMM) – Inventories of refined nickel in the Shanghai bonded areas decreased 800 mt from a week ago and stood at 22,000 mt as of December 18, showed SMM data.
Most of arrivals of nickel briquettes entered the bonded area through direct customs clearance as the import window kept open on week. Import of nickel plates was still making losses. Nearly 800 mt of nickel plates were packed and shipped overseas, which were expected to be delivered at LME Asia warehouse. That accounted for the decline of inventories for two consecutive weeks in the bonded area.
