Cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. enters the stage of mass production

SMM News: recently, Hongxing Co., Ltd. carbon steel sheet plant successfully completed 1600 tons of cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel 50JW800 rolling, product thickness accuracy control is good, marking the 50JW800 products of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has entered the stage of mass industrial production.

At the initial stage of product development, the purity of molten steel should be high, and the effect of desulphurization and slag removal is not obvious. Many problems are highlighted, resulting in on-site production difficulties.

In this regard, the technical staff of the plant extensively carried out market research, standardized the tooling equipment and production process of other steel enterprises, and optimized the on-site process parameters according to the characteristics of CSP tooling in the plant. In July, the non-oriented silicon steel 50JW800 adopted RH process for 5 heats of molten steel continuous casting, and completed cold rolling and annealing production. Not only that, customers highly approve of the good magnetic properties and accurate thickness tolerance of cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel in Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and submitted an order of 1600 tons.

In the face of a large number of orders, the factory carried out full research and careful organization. recently, the cold rolling acid rolling mill of the plant was successfully completed, 1600 tons of non-oriented silicon steel was rolled and successfully delivered to customers.
