SMM News: recently, according to the Sinosteel International announcement, the company received notice from the controlling shareholder Sinosteel Group on October 11, 2020, and learned that Sinosteel Group intends to be hosted by China Baowu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., and the specific trusteeship plan is still under negotiation. At present, the above matters do not involve the major asset restructuring of the company, nor will it affect the normal production and operation activities of the company.
