SMM: a few days ago, the board of directors of Baosteel examined and adopted the following resolution: approve the "proposal on optimizing the Capital structure of WISCO."

In order to further gather the main iron and steel industry and improve efficiency, Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. reduced its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Gas Co., Ltd. by 1.2 billion yuan.
