Shanghai-bonded zinc stocks rose 2,000 mt on week

Inventories of zinc ingot across Shanghai-bonded areas rose for a third week this week, as seaborne arrivals increased after import losses narrowed while high prices weakened demand.

SHANGHAI, Jul 10 (SMM) – Inventories of zinc ingot across Shanghai-bonded areas rose for a third week this week, as seaborne arrivals increased after import losses narrowed while high prices weakened demand.

 

The stocks increased 2,000 mt in the week ended July 10 to 47,000 mt, following a rise of 1,500 mt in the previous week.
