SMM7 March 2: earlier, India announced that dozens of Chinese APP,-related companies had suffered heavy losses. Among them, byte beat said that after spending more than $1 billion in India, all four App models were removed from the shelves after the ban, resulting in an overall loss of more than $6 billion.

There has been an escalation of resistance in recent days, with media reports saying that both countries are stepping up import regulations to suppress each other's exports. In this regard, Gao Feng, spokesman for the Ministry of Commerce, said at a regular news conference that the relevant practices of the Indian side violated the relevant rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and India's commitments in the WTO, and hoped that the Indian side would immediately correct the relevant discriminatory practices against China and Chinese enterprises. China has not taken any restrictive and discriminatory measures against Indian products and services.

Gao said that the achievement of today's economic and trade cooperation between China and India is the result of the joint efforts of the governments and enterprises of both sides and conforms to the fundamental interests of the people of the two countries. China attaches importance to strengthening practical cooperation with India in various fields, and hopes that the two sides will act in the opposite direction, conscientiously implement the economic and trade consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, promote the healthy and stable development of bilateral economic and trade cooperation, and make efforts to achieve common prosperity between the two countries and the region.

As for the late RCEP negotiations, Gao Feng said that at present, the parties concerned are moving forward in an orderly manner in accordance with the set goals and pace.
