China imports of iron ore and concentrate up 1.48% YoY in January-February

Imports of Australian iron ore and concentrate were 0.84% higher on the year, standing at 106.9 million mt.

SHANGHAI, Mar 25 (SMM) – China imported 176.8 million mt of iron ore and concentrate in January-February, up 1.48% from the same period last year, showed the latest customs data. 


Imports of Australian iron ore and concentrate were 0.84% higher on the year, standing at 106.9 million mt. The intake from Brazil accounted for 36.07 million mt, 13.35% lower year on year.
