Nickel ore inventories at Chinese ports extended decline by 700,000 wmt

Nickel ore inventories across all Chinese ports decreased 700,000 wmt in the week ended March 6 to 11.89 million wmt, compared to a decline of 750,000 wmt in the previous week, showed SMM data.

SHANGHAI, Mar 6 (SMM) – Nickel ore inventories across all Chinese ports decreased 700,000 wmt in the week ended March 6 to 11.89 million wmt, compared to a decline of 750,000 wmt in the previous week, showed SMM data.

 

In metal content, the stocks fell 6,400 mt this week to 100,100 mt.

 

SMM data also showed that nickel ore stocks across seven major Chinese ports shrank 460,000 wmt to 9.39 million wmt.
