According to SMM estimates, if strictly implemented according to the documents, it is estimated that the production limit will affect sintering capacity of 5.1605 million tons, pig iron production capacity of 2.0453 million tons, iron ore demand of 3.518 million tons (compared with the previous production restrictions measures to increase sintering capacity of 3.1889 million tons, pig iron of 1.2319 million tons, iron ore demand of 2.1261 million tons). In addition, as the production lines of enterprises in local areas are mainly bar and plate, the impact of strict production restrictions on snails and lines will also increase.
