SHANGHAI, Jun 25 (SMM) – The World Steel Association (Worldsteel) said on Monday June 24 that crude steel production across 64 countries rose 5.4% from a year ago to stand at 162.7 million mt in May.
China accounted for 89.1 million mt, up 10% from May 2018.
