SMM News: Vale informed the President of the High Court (High Court) of the effect of the decision of the Minas Gerais State Court (High Court) suspending the approval of the application for a preliminary injunction. The state of Minas Gerais had previously suspended activity at the Laranjeiras dam in Brucutu. The above decision will enable the wet processing business in Brukutu to be fully restored within 72 hours, thereby improving the average quality of Vale's product portfolio. Vale reiterated its 2019 iron ore and pellet sales guidance value of 307 to 332 million tons, according to previous announcements, and informed that its current sales will move to the midpoint of the range.
