Some iron ore beneficiation plants in Hebei face power outages

This is expected to affect production of iron concentrate by 600,000 mt

SHANGHAI, Jun 12 (SMM) – Power supply to 86 iron ore beneficiation plants in Zunhua city of Hebei province would be cut off from this week, for 45 days, according to a notice from the city’s development and reform bureau released on June 10.

SMM expects this to affect production of iron concentrate by some 600,000 mt.
