The screw thread production of 33 mainstream steel mills in April was + 0.99% compared with the previous month.

The details are as follows:

In April, 33 steel mills that mainly produce building materials planned to produce 7.7064 million tons of rebar, an increase of 7.52 tons over the actual output of 7.6312 million tons last month.

Ten thousand tons, month-on-month ratio + 0.99%, thread planned export of 242000 tons, compared with the actual export of 282000 tons month-on-month ratio of-14.2%; Domestic trade investment thread plans to put in 7.4644 million tons in April, compared with the actual investment of 7.3492 million tons month-on-month + 1.6 per cent. The wire disk plans to produce 2.6062 million tons, + 1% compared with the actual output of 2.5721 million tons last month.

The production of threaded steel in the main steel plants in North China is 1.447 million tons, + 6.87% compared with the actual output of 1.354 million tons last month, and the actual output of 420000 tons is-0.023% compared with the actual output of 420100 tons last month.

HG (Handan) due to environmental protection and production restrictions, stop a 2000m3 blast furnace, as of the same day of production has not yet resumed production, affected by the actual output of only 58000 tons in March, 20.55% lower than the planned output, more underproduction. Even if the blast furnace resumes production at the beginning of the month, it will take about half a month to stabilize production, so it will produce 30,000 tons in April, 48.28% lower than the actual output in March.

TG (Tangshan) Local air quality has met the requirements of the government and the Ministry of Environmental Protection. In April, production restrictions have been lifted and normal production has been lifted. The planned screw thread capacity of 60, 000 tons in April is more stable than the actual output of 61000 tons in March.

JY (Shijiazhuang) this month thread production of 800000 tons, compared with the actual output of 680000 tons month-on-month + 17.65 per cent. Demand and price growth fell short of expectations in March, and construction in progress suspended during the two sessions in April will begin in full, driving a large portion of demand, and thread demand is expected to pick up in April. The output of threaded steel in the main steel mills in Northeast China is 682500 tons compared with the actual output of 724000 tons last month-5.73%, and the actual output of 173400 tons of wire disk is + 4.45% compared with the actual output of 16.6% last month.

LG (Lingyuan) screw thread production of 120000 tons in April compared with the actual production of 130000 tons month-on-month ratio of-7.69 per cent. The reason lies in the maintenance of blast furnace in late March, which affects about 50,000 tons of hot metal, and then the thread output has been reduced, which is expected to end on April 8.

XL (Yichun) thread production in April is 252000 tons, compared with the actual output of 260000 tons month-on-month ratio of-3.08%;

TG (Tonghua) thread production of 68500 tons in April was 18.44 per cent lower than the actual output of 8.4 per cent last month. The reason is that the 2680m3 of blast furnace No. 3 is overhauled for 45 days from March 1 to April 15.

The actual output of 870000 tons of threaded steel in the main steel plants in Northwest China is 867000 tons compared with the previous month, which is + 0.35%, and the actual output of 485000 tons is 490000 tons compared with the previous month, and the month's ratio is + 1.02%.

BG (Xinjiang) thread production in April 90, 000 tons and last month's actual output remained stable;

The planned screw thread volume of JG (Jiuquan) in April is 170000 tons, and there is little difference in the actual output of 172000 tons in March.

The production of threaded steel in the main steel mills in East China is 3.229 million tons, 3.23 million tons month-on-month compared with the previous month, and the planned output of wire rod is 1.239 million tons, which is + 2.23% compared with the month-on-month actual output of 1.212 million tons.

SG (Suzhou) April thread production of 43.7 tons (last month's actual output of 466000 tons), month-on-month ratio of-6.22%. The steel plant feedback thread maintenance, bar line 4 workshop 1 # line (φ 18 20) overhauled for 15 days from April 26 to May 10, affecting the output of 2530 tons per day. The sixth workshop (φ 8-12) 4.06-4.20 was overhauled for 15 days, which affected the output of 2400 tons per day.

ZT (Changzhou) screw thread production of 340000 tons in April, compared with the actual output of 370000 tons last month, month-on-month ratio of-8.11%. The factory overhauled the No. 8 blast furnace (1580m / L) on March 20 for 85 days, affecting 3800 tons of hot metal per month.

BX (Lianyungang) thread production in April is 240000 tons (the actual 240000 tons last month). The factory has no maintenance plan in April, with a monthly output of 480000 tons of building materials, half of the planned thread high line;

PG (Jiujiang) planned thread production of 370000 tons in April, a slight decrease of 5.13 per cent compared with actual production of 390000 tons in March. The 1780m3 blast furnace of the steel plant began to take turns to be overhauled on April 7, and it was overhauled for 20 days, affecting 80, 000 tons of hot metal, 20, 000 tons of thread, wire and plate.

The output of threaded steel in the main steel mills in Central and South China is 1.4779 million tons, 1.4562 million tons compared with the previous month, + 1.49% month-on-month, and 288800 tons compared with 284000 tons last month, and the month-on-month ratio is + 1.70%.

SG (Shaoguan) April thread production of 285000 tons compared with the previous month 300000 tons month-on-month-5.00%, March actual production exceeded the February plan (283000 tons), and March sales are not ideal, so April planned production decreased;

EG (Echeng) April thread production of 162900 tons (last month's actual output of 160900 tons), month-on-month ratio of + 1.24%, in a normal state;

LG (Hunan) March thread production of 240000 tons compared with the actual output of 220000 tons month-on-month + 9.09% steel mill feedback, thread profit is good, planned thread output increased.
