China's crude steel output gain 9.2% YoY in Jan-Feb: NBS

This followed growth of 1.8% in Dec, on a yearly basis

SHANGHAI, Mar 14 (SMM) – China's crude steel output in January-February increased 9.2% year on year, after it rose 1.8% on a yearly basis in December, showed data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on Thursday March 14.

In January-February, China produced some 73.89 million mt of coke, up 7.6% from the same periodlast year. Crude oil output grew 0.5% year on year to 30.69 million mt in the first two months of 2019.
