SHANGHAI, Jan 10 (SMM) – Social inventories of long steel, including wire rods and rebar, in Guangzhou of Guangdong province, accumulated 8%, or 62,400 mt over the week ended Thursday January 10 and stood at 842,000 mt, SMM data showed.
For the same week, rebar stocks in Guangzhou expanded 54,200 mt, or 12.2%, to stand at 498,600 mt, and wire rods stocks grew 8,200 mt, or 2.4%, to 343,400 mt.
Long steel inventories in Guangzhou gains by 17.3%, or 115,000 mt for the week ended Thursday January 3.
