SHANGHAI, Dec 5 (SMM) – China's top steelmaking city Tangshan in Hebei province held a meeting with representatives from local industrial plants, to discuss mining tailings treatment, on the afternoon of Wednesday December 5.
The meeting did not cover winter cuts, sources told SMM. It was an effort to improve the city's environment and ecology.
