Strip steel production at Tangyin suspended

Tangyin Iron & Steel suspended the operation of its strip steel rolling line from Jul 12

SHANGHAI, Jul 13 (SMM) – Tangyin Iron & Steel in Hebei province suspended the operation of its strip steel rolling line（295-355mm）from Thursday July 12 in a bid to rectify sewage treatment at the plant, SMM learned.

This is expected to affect 90,000 mt of strip steel output every month. The operation can resume after the rectification work passes the environmental checks.
