Steel exports from Inner Mongolia's Baotou Steel rose 11.5% year on year and stood at 1.60 million mt in 2017, SMM learned.

SHANGHAI, Mar 21 (SMM) – Steel exports from Inner Mongolia's Baotou Steel rose 11.5% year on year and stood at 1.60 million mt in 2017, SMM learned.

The exports went to 56 countries, with 22 of those along the Belt and Road. Exports to the 22 countries accounted for 58% of the overall exports and stood at 928,100 mt.
