China's import, export of refined lead, zinc in Dec

Imported refined zinc hit 100,845 mt in December, up 329.4% on a yearly basis. Exports of refined zinc fell to 1,858 mt in December, down 12.8% on a yearly basis.

SHANGHAI, Jan 25 (SMM)－

Imported refined zinc hit 100,845 mt in December, up 329.4% on a yearly basis. Total import volume stood at 674,789 mt in 2017, up 59%.

Exports of refined zinc fell to 1,858 mt in December, down 12.8% on a yearly basis. Total export volume stood at 14,761 mt in 2017, down 30.9%.

Imports of refined lead fell to 580 mt in December, down 18.3% on a yearly basis. Total import volume in 2017 stood at 78,149 mt.

Exports of refined lead was 28 mt in December, up 29.9% on a yearly basis. Total export volume in 2017 stood at 7,265 mt, down 52.1%, according to customs data.
