US to Levy Punitive Tariffs on Chinese Steel exported via Vietnam

The US department of commerce says it will levy a 199.43% anti-dumping duty and 39.05% anti-subsidy duty on corrosion-resisting steel products using Chinese substrate imported from Vietnam.

SHANGHAI, Dec.6 (SMM)-As per Routers, the US department of commerce says it will levy a 199.43% anti-dumping duty and 39.05% anti-subsidy duty on corrosion-resisting steel products using Chinese substrate imported from Vietnam. It will also levy a 265.79% anti-dumping duty and 265.44% anti-subsidy duty on cold-rolled steel products using Chinese substrate imported from Vietnam. The US Department of Commerce says Chinese steel is exported to America via Vietnam to evade existing tariff against Chinese products.
