SHANGHAI, Nov.28 (SMM)－Zhang Zhifang, president of Taiyuan Steel says in 2017 China’s stainless steel output will rise 3.5% to 26 million tons on yearly basis, apparent consumption to rise 5.9% to 20 million tons.
