SHANGHAI, Nov.23 (SMM)－Fortescue Metals Group adjusts discounts in December. FB (fine blended) is adjusted to 29% from 25.5% in November. Discount of SSF (Super special fine) maintains 40%. King powder maintains 15%. Since fine blended inventory is sufficient at ports, steel plants are reluctant to purchase. Mines raises discounts in December in order to promote shipment of fine blended.
