SMM learned that due to light transaction of recent nickel ore market, freight of nickel ore which has surged previously rapidly retraces today.

SHANGHAI, Nov.15 (SMM)－SMM learned that due to light transaction of recent nickel ore market, freight of nickel ore which has surged previously rapidly retraces today. Current freight of nickel ore from Indonesia to China’s southern ports has dropped by $2 to $11 per wet tonne

The Lisbon-based International Nickel Study Group (INSG) released data on Monday March 21, showing that in January 2022, the global nickel market was oversupplied by 6,000 mt, while there was a supply shortage of 5,300 mt in the same period last year.
