Hebei Jingye Group to Restrict output from Nov 10

SHANGHAI, Nov 10 (SMM) – Hebei Jingye Group plans to shut down three 1080 m³ blasting furnaces (with a capacity of 1.04 million tons) from Nov 10 and two 1260m³ blasting furnaces (with a capacity 1.15 million tons) and one 500 m³ blasting furnaces (with a capacity 0.57 million tons), an 51% output restriction in total. Theoretically, 1.97 million tons of molten iron will be affected approximately during the heating season. In Addition, Hebei Jingye will rise their price of hot rolled coil and rebar by 120 yuan from 11:30, Nov 10.
