The non ”2+26” city Lvliang City of Shanxi Province released its production limit plan during heating season, asking alumina enterprises to limit their production by 30%.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 24 (SMM)-The non ”2+26” city Lvliang City of Shanxi Province released its production limit plan during heating season, asking alumina enterprises to limit their production by 30%. Those carbon enterprises that fail to reach special emission limit should suspend production. For those reaching the special limit, they should limit production by at least 50%. Shanxi Province is a large province of alumina and Lvliang City occupies over 50% of total alumina capacity of Shanxi Province.
