SHANGHAI, Oct. 18 (SMM)－Taiyuan City has introduced 2017 Taiyuan City Action Plan of Comprehensive Improvement of Production Environment and Quality, implementing systematic management of steel plants. Making stagger production limit or suspension plan according to plants’ performance level of pollutant emission. According to SMM’s interview to one large-scale state-owned steel plant in Shanxi, its blast furnaces and coke is slightly influenced during heating season but no influence on 300 series steelmaking. The monthly output of 300 series steel of this plant is about 200,000 tonnes.
