SHANGHAI, Sept. 28 (SMM)－Recently, Xuzhou Municipality released Intensified Scheme of Prevention and Control for 2017-2018 Autumn & Winter Air Pollution. The scheme says all steel and cement companies in the city should limit their production by at least 30% and coke discharging time should be prolonged to over 36 hours for coking enterprises. When heavy pollution beyond orange alert is released or static weather happens, the production of steel and cement clinker enterprises should be limited. Coke discharging time should be prolonged to over 48 hours for coking enterprises.
