SHANGHAI, Sept. 8 (SMM) - China put online 350,000 tonne per annum of copper refining capacity during Jan-Aug.

SMM Releases Copper PMI in August and September Forecast

Zhejiang Jiangtong Fuye Heding Copper Co.’s 150,000 tonne per annum of copper upgrading project reached production in mid-to-late August, and will sell goods to the market in mid-September.

Goldman Sachs Sees Copper Price Fall in 6-12 Months

Additional 400,000 tonne per annum of such capacities will come online in Q4, according to SMM statistics.
