SHANGHAI, Aug. 11 (SMM) - Shasteel hiked price sharply in August, which topped market expectations, SMM reported.

The company raised rebar price by 250 yuan per tonne for rebar, rebar coil and wire rod, respectively, to 4,250 yuan per tonne, 4,260 yuan per tonne and 4,140 yuan per tonne.
