SHANGHAI, Jul. 25 (SMM) - Silicon plants in Yunnan agreed at an industry meeting to jointly weather hard times, SMM understands.

CNIA: China Polysilicon Capacity to Reach 290,000 tonnes in 2017, Glut to Exacerbate in Next 2 Years

They decided to quote according to guide prices made at the meeting from now on against rising raw material prices.

Silicon Plants in Xinjiang Hike Prices Further, SMM Reports

Acceptable prices by buyers are far lower than their guide price, though.
