SHANGHAI, Jul. 12 (SMM) – Daily output of crude steel at members of China Iron & Steel Association (CISA) was 1.87 million tonnes during the last ten days of the month, up 5,600 tonnes or 0.56 per cent from the level seen in the middle ten days of the month.

The nation’s daily output is estimated at 2.36 million tonnes during the same period, up 5,500 tonnes or 0.23 per cent.
As of late June, steel inventories at CISA members totaled 12.08 million tonnes, down 1.26 million tonnes or 9.42 per cent from the level seen in the middle ten days of the month.
