One NPI Producer in Shandong to Shift Pig Iron Production

SHANGHAI, May 11 (SMM) – One low-grade NPI producer in Shandong plans to shift producing pig iron from mid May. 

The production shift is due mainly to weak demand, the producer said.

The producer, with monthly capacity of low-grade NPI about 13,000 tonnes, has now approximately 10,000 tonnes of low-grade NPI inventories.
