SHANGHAI, May 10 (SMM) – Anyang Iron & Steel will start maintenance on 2200m³ blast furnace from May 11, to meet environmental requirements. The overhaul will last for a week tentatively. 

For now, 2 sets of 550m³ blast furnaces in the company are offline, while 4747m³ and 2800³ blast furnaces hold normal production.

Besides, Anyang Iron & Steel plans to have maintenance on 1780 hot-rolled steel production line for 4 days tentatively.
