EC to Raise Anti-Dumping Duty on Cold-Rolled Stainless Steel from Taiwan

The European Commission (EC) has decided to amend its definitive anti-dumping duty of 6.80% on cold-rolled stainless steel from Taiwan.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 19 (SMM) – The European Commission (EC) has decided to amend its definitive anti-dumping duty of 6.80% on cold-rolled stainless steel from Taiwan, which will remain in force at least until August 28, 2020.

EC launched the anti-dumping investigation from June 2014 and issued final verdict to impose 6.8% of anti-dumping duty on August 2016.

However, EC restarted anti-dumping investigation on cold-rolled stainless steel from Taiwan in August 2016 and terminate the investigation on April 11, 2017.
