Jiuquan Iron & Steel (Group) Co. commenced the 14MW gas turbine April 6 for the restart of Alpart Alumina Plant in Jamaica.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 10 (SMM) - Jiuquan Iron & Steel (Group) Co. commenced the 14MW gas turbine April 6 for the restart of Alpart Alumina Plant in Jamaica.

The company will restart about 2 million-tpy of alumina capacity, SMM understands.
