SHANGHAI, Apr. 6 (SMM) - Valin LYsteel plans to overhaul No.7 blast furnace from March 30-April 13, which covers an area of 3,200 square meters, SMM learns.

Liuzhou Iron&Steel Group to Suspend #6 Blast Furnace for 45 Days, SMM Reports

The 15-day maintenance will reduce 40,000 tonnes of rebar output to 140,000 tonnes in April, and hot-rolled steel output will decline 10,000 tonnes to 280,000 tonnes.
