SHFE 1705 nickel opened at RMB 91,000/mt and closed at RMB 91,040/mt, up 0.85%.

SHANGHAI, Mar. 6 (SMM) – On Monday, SHFE 1705 nickel opened at RMB 91,000/mt and then declined slightly to RMB 90,720/mt. The contract later advanced to RMB 91,870/mt. During the afternoon trading, SHFE 1705 nickel gave up previous gains and closed at RMB 91,040/mt, up 0.85%. Trading volumes increased 88,000 to 502,000 lots and positions dropped 3,614 to 491,000. SHFE 1705 nickel will test support at the 10-day moving average on Monday’s night trading.
