Turkish Crude Steel production advance sharply in November

Turkish crude steel production advanced sharply by 10 percent year-on-year to 2.9 million metric tons during the month of November this year, as per the latest figures released by the the World Steel

NEW YORK (Scrap Register): Turkish crude steel production advanced sharply by 10 percent year-on-year to 2.9 million metric tons during the month of November this year, as per the latest figures released by the the World Steel Association (worldsteel).

In the EU, Germany produced 3.3 million metric tons of crude steel in November this year, a decrease of 4.2% compared to November last year. 

Italy produced 2.1 million metric tons of crude steel, up by 11.2% on November 2015. France produced 1.3 million metric tons of crude steel in November 2016, up by 11.8% year-on-year.
