SHANGHAI, Aug. 11 (SMM) - Glencore reported its zinc output was 506,500 tonnes in the first half of the year, a drop of 31% year-on-year. Its copper output slid 4% year-on-year to 703,000 tonnes, but nickel production was 57,100 tonnes in the same period, up 17% year-on-year.according to wenhua.com.
The firm expects to yield 1.40 million tonnes of copper, 1.10 million tonnes of zinc, 285,000 tonnes of lead and 116,000 tonnes of nickel this year.
