Scrap Gold, Silver and Platinum prices declined on 20th May, 2015

The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined Wednesday, 20th May, 2015 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Platinum scrap prices too slumped.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined Wednesday, 20th May, 2015 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Platinum scrap prices too slumped.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 7.32 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 9.38 and $ 11.46 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 4.69 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 13.86 per Oz to reach $ 842.13 per Oz. Silver scrap prices too closed slightly on the lower side at $14.05 per Oz, edging lower by $ 0.27 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 6.93 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap were down $ 8.88 and $ 10.85 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also was down $ 4.44 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices fell by $ 13.86 per Oz. Meantime, Non-hallmarked silver scrap prices witnessed a fall of $ 0.24 per Oz.
