Xinjiang announced to cut the capacity charges for electricity, generated by local producers with captive power, in power substations, local media reported.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 28 (SMM) – Xinjiang announced to cut the capacity charges for electricity, generated by local producers with captive power, in power substations, local media reported. 

The new standards, effective May 1, are 0.028 yuan/kwh for 220-kv, 0.032 yuan/kwh for 110-kv, and 0.035 yuan/kwh for 35kv.

Earlier, Xinjiang decided to cut power tariffs by an average 0.093 yuan/kwh for local industrial and commercial power users, starting on April 15, 2015.
