North American copper scrap prices see marginal rise

TORONTO (Scrap Monster) : The North American copper scrap prices recovered marginally on ScrapMonster Price Index as on June 20th , Friday.

Alternator prices remained unchanged. The price of #1 Copper Wire and Tubing rose by $0.04 per Lb. #2 Copper Wire and Tubing prices were also up by $0.04 per Lb. The price of #1 Copper Bare Bright also went higher by $ 0.04 per Lb.

The prices of #1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery and #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery witnessed rise of $0.01 per Lb each from the previous day. The prices of #3 Copper-Light copper were up by $ 0.03 per Lb.

The prices of Cu Yokes and Copper Transformer Scrap remained unchanged on June 20th.

Copper Radiator prices went higher by $ 0.01 per Lb.

Cu/Al Radiator Ends witnessed no price-change over the day.

The price of Cu/Al Radiators and Cu/Al Radiators/Fe witnessed up move of $0.01 per Lb to touch $1.58 per Lb and $1.48 per Lb respectively.

Heater Cores prices were unchanged. Harness Wire 35% Recovery prices remained flat.

Romex Wire prices went higher by $0.01 per Lb.

Scrap Electric Motors, Sealed units, and Xmas Lights witnessed no daily variation in prices on June 20th.

Starter prices too remained flat.
