SHFE 1405 zinc contract prices opened at RMB 14,855/mt on Wednesday evening.
SHANGHAI, Mar. 13 (SMM) – SHFE 1405 zinc contract prices opened at RMB 14,855/mt on Wednesday evening, then moved between RMB 14,820-14,890/mt, and finally closing at RMB 14,855/mt, up RMB 20/mt or 0.13%. Trading volumes decreased by 10,674 lots to 22,848 lots, and total positions decreased by 240 lots to 93,938 lots.
SHFE 1405 zinc contract prices opened at RMB 14,870/mt on Thursday, climbing to RMB 14,910/mt in the morning session. As LME zinc prices fell, SHFE 1405 zinc contract prices inched down to RMB 14,800/mt, and closing at RMB 14,795/mt, down RMB 40/mt or 0.27%. Trading volumes decreased by 22,578 lots, to 26,672 lots, and total positions decreased by 3,100 lots, to 90,838 lots.
