In Shanghai, transactions remained quiet.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 13 (SMM) – In Shanghai, transactions remained quiet. SMM #1 nickel prices were between RMB 95,400-96,400/mt, with Russian nickel availability low. Downstream buyers purchased on an as-needed basis, and traders lacked buying interest, leaving trades muted.
