DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsConsultingMOSCOW, Apr 12, 2012 (Dow Jones) -- Kazakhstan produced in January-March 79,289 metric tons of zinc, 0.9% more than in the corresponding period last year, the state statistics agency reported Thursday.
Copper output during the period increased by 1.3% on the year to 82,935 tons.
Gold output in January-March was 9.021 tons, 13.5% more than in January-March 2011.
Silver output was 220.245 tons, 1.8 times the amount produced a year ago.
