Chinese Stocks Open Higher Wednesday

Chinese stocks opened higher on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.37 percent, or 9.12 points, to open at 2,464.92.

BEIJING, March 14 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks opened higher on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.37 percent, or 9.12 points, to open at 2,464.92.

The Shenzhen Component Index went up 0.58 percent, or 60.05 points to open at 10,487.3.
