DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsConsultingSHANGHAI, Sep 21, 2011 (Dow Jones ) -- China's copper concentrate imports in August rose 42% from a year earlier to 675,928 metric tons, the General Administration of Customs said Wednesday.
The country's imports increased by 49% from July to 452,639 tons.
During the January-August period, the world's largest copper consumer brought in 4.07 million tons, down 4.8% from a year earlier.
